Her offshore role mainly involves on-site supervision, where she coordinates contractors to execute specific maintenance scopes, ensuring everyone is aligned with their tasks for safe, efficient, and timely delivery.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EAbigail typically spends about two to four weeks offshore during her rotation. According to her, rotating equipment is often referred to as the “heart of an oil and gas facility”, and due to its criticality, she would mobilise offshore every other month to manage various maintenance scopes.\u003C/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThis young and empowering engineer prioritises building her network and connecting with others in the industry as this opens doors to valuable learning opportunities.
