For the current rigid PVC application, a challenge of our end customer is they found out that there is unsmooth surface and poor glossiness due to insufficient external lubrication.

Highest available melting point* for GTL heard wax, with DSC endset at over 120°C

The most impressive thing about SX110 is that it has the highest available melting point for GTL power wax with DSC and set at over 120 degrees Celsius.

I was blown away by the product that immediately placed an order of one container.

To tackle the challenge of external lubrication PPI proposed using SX110 in our own CA.ZN stabiliser.

The first production child was a success not only did the dosage of PVC stabilizer needed reduced by about 5%,
