If the Shell telematics contract is terminated by the Participant before the contract end date, Shell reserves the right, which Participant agrees, to a refund of any Reward which the Participant has received. Likewise, if there is any reduction of quantity of devices to be installed in Participants‘ vehicles from the quantity set out in the Shell Telematics contract, Shell reserves the right, which Participant agrees, to a refund of any Reward which the Participant has received. This refund shall be reflected in the Participant invoice for the month following such changes.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003Ef. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions set out in paragraph (g) and (h) are in condition to other applicable termination provisions in the Shell Telematics Terms and Conditions.\u003C/p\u003E\r\n\u003Cp\u003E1.
