To keep your credits and transfer your membership, please follow the steps below.
Here’s What You Need To Do
For Credit Transfers
Step 1: Sign Up
- Download the Shell Recharge App From the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Register using the same mobile number as your ParkEasy account.
Step 2: Consent
- Visit the ParkEasy Credit Transfer page here.
- Login to your ParkEasy account using the same mobile number.
- Verify the credits and accept terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT: Upon acceptance, your ParkEasy account will be frozen and no further credit top-ups are possible.
Step 3: Receive Credits
Once Step 1 and 2 are completed, you will receive your credits in your new Shell Recharge account within 14 working days.
