Yes, you can continue using your existing ParkEasy credits at any EV charging sites listed in the ParkEasy app. However, as more chargers are being migrated to the new Shell Recharge App, we encourage you to make the switch to the new app before 30 November 2025.

No, users are not allowed to transfer credits from one user/account to another user/account.

We are migrating our chargers from the ParkEasy App to the Shell Recharge App.We encourage you to download the new Shell Recharge App and register an account to enjoy uninterrupted charging.

Download the Shell Recharge App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and register for a new account using the same mobile number and email used to sign up to your ParkEasy account latest by 30 November 2025. Any memberships from your ParkEasy account will be automatically reflected in your Shell Recharge App account within 14 working days, under “Charging Plans”.

1. The transfer of electronic wallet credits from the ParkEasy mobile application which can be downloaded from the Apple App store and Google Play Store (“ParkEasy App”) to the User’s Shell Recharge App (as hereinafter defined) account, credit or debit card, or bank account of choice (“Credit Transfer”), is organised by Pixelbyte Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 201401028013(1104099-U) ) (“ParkEasy”).

2. This Credit Transfer is open to all the registered users of the ParkEasy App, who have performed at least one (1) top-up of funds into the ParkEasy App’s e-wallet with an authorised payment method, and who have at least 0.01 credit balance in their ParkEasy App’s e-wallet (“Credits”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, users who fulfil these conditions herein shall be termed “Users”.

3. This Credit Transfer is being offered to Users in conjunction with the launch of the Shell Recharge Asia mobile application, available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (“Shell Recharge App”).

4. The Credit Transfer will commence from 15 October 2025 at 12:00:00PM to 30 November 2025 at 11:59:59PM, both dates inclusive, which can be extended by ParkEasy without prior notice and liability (“Credit Transfer Period”).

5. ParkEasy has the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Users. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and ParkEasy is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

6. Credit Transfer Conditions

a) To participate in the Credit Transfer, Users must login to their ParkEasy account through the Credit Transfer Portal at (https://parkeasy.web.app/MigrationConsent

) (“Credit Transfer Portal”), using their mobile number registered in the ParkEasy App, and complete the one-time password (OTP) verification.

b) Upon logging in to the Credit Transfer Portal, Users must:

i. consent to the Credit Transfer by selecting the check box on the Credit Transfer Portal;

ii. confirm the amount of credits in their ParkEasy electronic wallet that are eligible for the Credit Transfer;

iii. select their preferred Credit Transfer method:

A) Option A: Use one or more payment methods originally used to top up the ParkEasy electronic wallet; OR

B) Option B: transfer to the User’s Shell Recharge App account, provided that the Users downloads and successfully registers for the Shell Recharge App account within the Credit Transfer Period, using the same mobile number used in their ParkEasy App account.

iv. click the confirmation button on the Credit Transfer Portal to accept the Credit Transfer.

(collectively, the “Credit Transfer Conditions”)

c) Strict fulfillment of these Credit Transfer Conditions is required for a successful Credit Transfer. If any step is incomplete, the Credit Transfer entry becomes invalid and will not be processed.

7. Upon fulfilling the Credit Transfer Conditions, the User’s ParkEasy account will be deactivated, and any remaining amounts in the ParkEasy App electronic wallet will be frozen whereby Users will not be able to log in to their ParkEasy account or add additional funds to their ParkEasy electronic wallet.

8. Prior to processing a User’s Credit Transfer, ParkEasy and its Affiliates may request additional information from the User at any time deemed necessary by ParkEasy for identity verification and for detecting illegal activities including but not limited to, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crimes. Users agree to provide such additional information to ParkEasy without undue delay, and consent to ParkEasy maintaining a record of such information in accordance with applicable laws. Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation of the Credit Transfer and suspension of the User’s ParkEasy App account.

9. In the event a User is found to have committed or attempted to commit fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal act, ParkEasy reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to invalidate a User’s request for a Credit Transfer. ParkEasy may report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable laws.

10. ParkEasy may suspend or delay processing of any Credit Transfer while verifying information or investigating suspected illegal activity.

11. If the User meets the Credit Transfer Conditions but the Credit Transfer is prevented due to, without limitation invalid credit or debit card, or Shell Recharge App account, the Credit Transfer will be deemed unsuccessful and will not be processed.

12. The User shall accept all credits transferred under this Credit Transfer on an “as-is” basis.

a) All Credits are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, or in kind, and remain subject to the terms herein.

b) Credits do not include any other entitlements, provisions and/or incidentals, and are free of interest. Users are responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Credit Transfer unless expressly stated otherwise.

c) ParkEasy shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to any User for any invalid Credit resulting from the User’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

d) ParkEasy reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute all or any of the Credits with alternative items of any value without prior notice and without any liability.

e) ParkEasy makes no warranty or representation (whether express or implied) on the suitability for use of the Credits. ParkEasy shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage that may be suffered or incurred by any person in connection with these Credit Transfer activities.

13. Each User may only initiate the Credit Transfer ONCE throughout the Credit Transfer Period. Successful Credit Transfers cannot be amended or reversed under any circumstances whatsoever.

14. All Users shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws in relation to this Credit Transfer.

15. ParkEasy reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, or to terminate this Credit Transfer at any time without prior notice and without any liability. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by ParkEasy of this Credit Transfer shall not entitle the Users or any party to any claim or compensation against ParkEasy for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Users as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

16. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other material for this Credit Transfer.

17. All ParkEasy’s decisions on all matters in respect of this Credit Transfer including but not limited to, the eligibility of the Users or transfer of Credits, or in the event of any dispute are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

18. ParkEasy reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Credit Transfer with or without prior notice and without any liability.

19. In no event will ParkEasy and its Affiliates be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Credit Transfer, even if ParkEasy has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

20. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of these Terms & Conditions of this Credit Transfer.

21. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” means a company which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with ParkEasy. Relevant to this, “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate fifty percent (50%) or more of voting capital.

22. By participating in this Credit Transfer, Users agree and warrant that they have read, understood and expressly agree and consent to:

a) be bound by these Terms and Conditions including all ParkEasy’s decisions in relation to this Credit Transfer;

b) allow ParkEasy, its Affiliates and its agencies to process and disclose to any third party, the necessary personal data of the Users provided by the Users for this Credit Transfer for any and all purposes in relation to this Credit Transfer and any and all other activities relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of ParkEasy and its Affiliates;

c) allow ParkEasy to collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the Users’ personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the Users for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, in its original or edited format, in relation to this Credit Transfer without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and

d) authorise ParkEasy to process the Users’ personal data provided pursuant to this Credit Transfer in accordance with applicable laws and ParkEasy’s Privacy Policy, available at www.parkeasy.co/privacy-notice

, forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

23. This Credit Transfer and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all Users are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
