“This is the first time we are embarking on a survey of this scale to obtain public feedback. It goes back to the basis of our business, to innovate and develop products and services that resonate with motorists. We would not be able to do this without first understanding our customer needs, which are constantly evolving; and this survey is one way of further assessing their current preferences. The success of our business is dependent on our customers and their opinions matter to us,” said Azman Ismail, Managing Director, Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. and Shell Timur Sdn. Bhd.
The survey aims to understand what value-added experiences matter to Malaysian motorists to enhance their experience at the forecourt, friendly services, a range of quality Shell fuels and convenience shopping with the advantage of its loyalty programmes.
*Customers just need to visit any Shell station nationwide and perform a sales transaction, fill in a survey form, attach the transaction receipt and drop it in the box provided. No minimum transaction is required.
There will be 150 participants selected weekly and they will each receive RM1000 cash and a Shell gift pack worth RM150. Over the survey period, Shell will reward 1200 customers and give away over RM1.3 million.
