Shell Launches Nationwide Survey For Customer Feedback
May 18, 2013
Shell Malaysia today launched the Shell Nationwide Survey, an initiative to further understand customer needs, which includes feedback on its products and services. 1200 respondents to be rewarded with over RM1.3 million.
“This is the first time we are embarking on a survey of this scale to obtain public feedback. It goes back to the basis of our business, to innovate and develop products and services that resonate with motorists. We would not be able to do this without first understanding our customer needs, which are constantly evolving; and this survey is one way of further assessing their current preferences. The success of our business is dependent on our customers and their opinions matter to us,” said Azman Ismail, Managing Director, Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. and Shell Timur Sdn. Bhd.
The survey aims to understand what value-added experiences matter to Malaysian motorists to enhance their experience at the forecourt, friendly services, a range of quality Shell fuels and convenience shopping with the advantage of its loyalty programmes.
*Customers just need to visit any Shell station nationwide and perform a sales transaction, fill in a survey form, attach the transaction receipt and drop it in the box provided. No minimum transaction is required.
There will be 150 participants selected weekly and they will each receive RM1000 cash and a Shell gift pack worth RM150. Over the survey period, Shell will reward 1200 customers and give away over RM1.3 million.
In conjunction with the Shell nationwide survey, consumers will also get the chance to step into the world of Shell via the World of Shell “pop-up” truck. The truck will be making its rounds at high traffic malls nationwide and consumers who visit the truck will also be able to enjoy special deals from Shell, see how Shell Lubricants work to clean and protect the engine, helping to improve its performance and prolonging its life, Bonuslink loyalty programme advantages, learn about fuel saving tips through the Target One Million online game, when combined with Shell FuelSave 95 can improve fuel economy, amongst other activities.
In addition, visitors to the “pop-up” truck will be able to sample premium coffee, which has been recently introduced at selected Shell Select stores.
“This survey is just one way of hearing from our customers and ensuring we provide that superior experience to live up to your expectations; so please head on over to any of our Shell stations nationwide and fill in the survey form – we definitely value your feedback and you may just get rewarded for it, added Azman Ismail.
