Eligible citizens can either use their MyKad at our indoor cashier, or outdoor payment terminal to purchase subsidised fuel. Alternatively, they can also use Touch n’ Go e-wallet app to purchase subsidised RON95 fuel.

We suggest that you have your MyKad replaced at the nearest JPN office to ensure smooth purchase of subsidised fuel at our site. You can also proceed indoors and seek our cashiers' support. Alternatively you can use Touch n' Go e-Wallet App to purchase subsidised fuel.

At the moment, customers can use Shell App cash vouchers to pay for the subsidised fuel transaction. However, for Shell Cash Voucher (that is issued via Fave or BonusLink), can only be used to purchase fuel at market price. We are working to enable Shell Cash Vouchers to be used for subsidised RON95 fuel purchases now. Stay tuned!

At the moment, customers can only make payments using cash and through selected e-wallet such as Touch n’ Go, Boost, Grab, and ShopeePay to utilise the subsidy amount. We are working to enable point redemptions for subsidised fuel in the future.

Please be informed that Malaysia's current policy still prohibits foreign-registered vehicles from purchasing RON95 petrol. However, they are permitted to buy RON97 or V-Power Racing fuel. This regulation remains in effect until further notice from the government.
