1. Promotion: GANJARAN WATER2GO BERJUTA.
2. Organisers: Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd (Company No. 196501000279 (6087-M)) and Shell Timur Sdn Bhd (Company No. 198401000783 (113304-H))
3. Eligibility: a. This Promotion is open to all Malaysian individuals aged eighteen (18) years and above (“Participants”), save and except for the following categories of persons:
i. permanent and/or contract employees (“Employees”) of the Organiser and/or its Affiliates and their immediate family members i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters (“Immediate Family Members”);
ii. Service providers engaged by the Organiser and/or its Affiliates (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies, and event management agencies), and their Employees and Immediate Family Members; and
iii. The Operator’s retailers and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.
b. The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the eligibility of any Participant. All eligibility determinations made by the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and the Organiser shall not be obliged to provide any reason for such determination.
c. The Organiser reserves the right to request Participants to produce for verification purposes the original physical MyKad and/or proof of employment status or other identification documents solely to verify eligibility. Failure to produce such documents upon reasonable request and within the timeframe specified by the Organiser may result in disqualification, without any compensation.
4. Promotion Period: a. This Promotion will commence from 00:00:00 (MYT) on 16/03/2026 and closes at 23:59:59 (MYT) on 10/05/2026, which can be extended by the Organiser without prior notice (“Promotion Period”).
b. All Entries must be received by the Organiser within the Promotion Period, failing which such Entries shall be automatically disqualified.
c. The Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever, including where all Promotion Products have been fully purchased. No Participant or any party shall have any right to make any claim or seek any compensation for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from or in connection with such cancellation, termination, or suspension.

6. Participating Method: a. To participate in this Promotion, Participants must purchase a minimum of one (1) Promo Product from any Shell Select store during the Promotion Period.
b. Upon purchase, Participants shall open the Promo Product Bottle Cap to reveal the unique eight (8) digit code (“Unique Code”) printed on the inner side of the Promo Product Bottle Cap. Each Unique Code entitles the Participant to one (1) entry in this Promotion (“Entry”).
c. Entry Submission – to submit an Entry, the Participant shall:
i. Visit the Promotion Website at: https://wabapromotions.com/shellselect-water2go;
ii. Complete the online entry form with the required personal details, including full name, MyKad number and mobile number compatible with WhatsApp (“Personal Details”); and
iii. Enter the Unique Code from the Promo Product Bottle Cap.
d. Participants may submit multiple Entries using different Unique Code, provided that each Unique Code may be used once only.
e. The original Promo Product Bottle Cap bearing the submitted Unique Code constitutes the Proof of Purchase (“POP”) and must be retained by Participants for verification and Rewards redemption purposes until 15/06/2026. The Organiser reserves the right to request the original physical POP, and failure to produce the original physical POP upon the Organiser’s request shall result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of the Promotion Rewards.
f. Each Entry will be verified upon submission. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Entry containing incomplete or mismatched Personal Details, or any incorrect, altered, and/or duplicate Unique Codes. The Organiser also reserves the right, without prior notice and liability, to disqualify any Entry if it reasonably suspects that the POP submitted is forged, falsified, tampered with, or relates to products that were not legitimately purchased. Any Entry that does not comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be disqualified by the Organiser without prior notice and liability.
7. Promotion Rewards: a. The Weekly Rewards to be won each weekly period, subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Organiser are as follows:
i. Fifty (50) Weekly Rewards, each in the form of RM1,350.00 worth of Bonuslink points (“Weekly Rewards 1350”); and
ii. Two hundred (200) Weekly Rewards, each in the form of RM135.00 worth of Shell App vouchers (“Weekly Rewards 135”).
b. The Monthly Rewards to be won each monthly period, subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Organiser are as follows:
i. One (1) Grand Rewards of RM135,000.00 worth of BonusLink points; and
ii. Twelve (12) Monthly Rewards, each in the form of RM13,500.00 worth of BonusLink points.
c. The total Promotion Rewards to be won throughout the Promotion Period are as follows:
i. Two (2) Monthly Grand Rewards,
ii. Twenty four (24) Monthly Rewards,
iii. Four hundred (400) Weekly Rewards 1350, and
iv. One thousand six hundred (1600) Weekly Rewards 135.
d. The Winners shall accept all Promotion Rewards on an “as-is” condition, on voluntary basis, at their own risk, subject to these Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Promotion Rewards shown in any advertising materials are for illustration purposes only.
e. All Promotion Rewards must be accepted and/or claimed within the timeline stipulated in the winner notification. Failure to accept/claimed the Promotion Reward within the stipulated timeline, complete the online acceptance process (including ticking “I Agree”) or comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification or forfeiture of eligibility for the Promotion Rewards without compensation. Any forfeited Promotion Reward may be withdrawn, reallocated or otherwise dealt with at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
f. All Promotion Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind and are subject to the terms herein.
g. All Promotion Rewards do not include any other entitlements, provisions and/or incidentals. The Winners shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Promotion Rewards insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Promotion Rewards.
h. Any redemption of BonusLink points awarded under this Promotion, including any option to convert such BonusLink points into cash via an AmBank account, shall always be subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by BonusLink and/or AmBank, as the case may be. The Organiser does not provide, guarantee, or administer any cash conversion of BonusLink points and shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with such redemption or conversion.
i. Shell App vouchers awarded under this Promotion are non-exchangeable in cash. Such vouchers shall be valid until the expiry date specified by the Organiser. Redemption and use of the Shell App vouchers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions imposed by the Organiser.
j. The Organiser reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute all or any of the Promotion Rewards with alternative items of any value without prior notice and liability.
8. Weekly Rewards Winners Selection: a. Weekly Rewards shall be awarded over the following eight (8) consecutive weekly periods during the Promotion Period (“Weekly Periods”):

b. At the end of each Weekly Period, each Entry received during the Weekly Period shall be assigned a sequential serial number, starting from serial number “1”, based on the date and time of submission. The serial numbers allocated to all Entries for that Weekly Period shall be tabulated to determine the total number of Entries for the relevant Weekly Period.
c. Based on the total number of Entries for the relevant Weekly Period:
i. the total number of Entries shall be divided by fifty (50) to derive the selected serial numbers for the Weekly Rewards 1350 finalists; and
ii. the total number of Entries shall be divided by two hundred (200) to derive the selected serial numbers for the Weekly Rewards 135 finalists.
iii. where the calculation results in a decimal number, the selected serial number shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Entries bearing serial numbers that are multiples of the derived number shall be selected as the Weekly Rewards 1350 finalists or Weekly Rewards 135 finalists (together, “Weekly Rewards Finalists”).
iv. Illustrative Example: If the total number of Entries for a Weekly Period is 10,005:
- For Weekly Rewards 1350 finalists, 10,0005 / 50 = 200.10 (rounded down to 200). Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 200 (e.g. 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and so forth) shall be selected as the Weekly Rewards 1350 finalists; and
- For Weekly Rewards 135 finalists, 10,005 / 200 = 50.02 (rounded down to 50). Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 50 (e.g. 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and so forth) shall be selected as the Weekly Rewards 135 finalists.
d. Each Weekly Rewards Finalist shall be contacted by the Organiser via WhatsApp from this Promotion’s official WhatsApp number (+6018-3223280) to the mobile number submitted at the time of Entry, whereupon the Weekly Rewards Finalist shall answer a question correctly during the given timeframe and submit an image of the original POP for verification purposes. Failure to correctly answer the mandatory question and/or submit the required POP within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of eligibility for the Weekly Rewards without compensation.
e. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected Weekly Rewards Finalist cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. The Organiser reserves the right to select another Weekly Rewards Finalist at the Organiser’s discretion if the initial selected Weekly Rewards Finalist cannot be contacted, fails to answer the mandatory question correctly and/or fails to submit the POP required within the time stated.
9. Monthly Rewards Winners Selections: a. Monthly Rewards shall be awarded over the following two (2) monthly periods during the Promotion Period (“Monthly Periods”):

b. At the end of each Monthly Period, each Entry received during the Monthly Period shall be assigned a sequential serial number, starting from serial number “1”, based on the date and time of submission. The serial numbers allocated to all Entries for that Monthly Period shall be tabulated to determine the total number of Entries for the relevant Monthly Period.
c. Based on the total number of Entries for the relevant Monthly Period, the total number of Entries shall be divided by thirteen (13) to derive the selected serial numbers for the Monthly Rewards finalists. Where the calculation results in a decimal number, the selected serial number shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
d. Illustrative Example: If the total number of Entries for a Weekly Period is 50545, 50545 / 13 = 3888.07 (rounded down to 3888). Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 3888 (e.g. 3888, 7776, 11664, 15552 and so forth) shall be selected as the Monthly Rewards Finalists.
e. Monthly Rewards Creative Slogan Challenge
i. Each Monthly Rewards Finalist shall be contacted by the Organiser via WhatsApp from this Promotion’s official WhatsApp number (+6018-3223280) to the mobile number submitted at the time of Entry, whereupon each Monthly Rewards Finalist shall be required, within the timeframe specified by the Organiser, to participate in a creative slogan challenge (“Creative Slogan Challenge”) by submitting one (1) original creative slogan together with an image of the original POP for verification purposes. Failure to submit the required materials within time may result in disqualification without compensation.
ii. The Organiser will provide the Monthly Rewards Finalists with the participation steps, submission instructions and evaluation criteria for the Creative Slogan Challenge. Failure to comply may result in disqualification at the Organiser’s discretion.
iii. All valid Creative Slogan submissions shall be evaluated, judged and scored by the Organiser and/or its appointed judging panel that may comprise employees, representatives, agents and/or third parties appointed by the Organiser. The Monthly Rewards Finalist with the highest total score shall be awarded the Grand Rewards (defined hereunder), and the remaining Monthly Rewards Finalists shall each be awarded the Monthly Rewards (defined hereunder).
iv. All decisions, determinations and results of the Creative Slogan Challenge shall be final, conclusive and binding, and no correspondence, appeal or dispute shall be entertained. The Organiser may withhold and is not obliged to disclose the judging criteria, score sheets, score breakdowns or any other evaluation information. In the event of a tie, the Organiser shall determine the winning finalist at its discretion.
f. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected Monthly Rewards Finalist cannot be contacted for whatever reason. The Organiser reserves the right to select another Monthly Rewards Finalist at the Organiser’s discretion if the initial selected Monthly Rewards Finalist cannot be contacted, fails to submit the slogan and/or fails to submit the POP required within the time stated.
10. Winners: a. Each Weekly Rewards and Monthly Rewards winner (together, “Winners”) can only win the Promotion Rewards once throughout the Promotion Period.
b. Winners will be announced on Shell official website at https://www.shell.com.my/shell-stations/promotions-and-campaigns.html.
c. All Winners will be contacted by the Organiser via WhatsApp from this Promotion’s official WhatsApp number (+6018-3223280) to the mobile number submitted at the time of Entry for Promotion Rewards fulfillment communication. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event that any Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever. The Organiser also reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the method of Promotion Rewards fulfillment without prior notice and liability.
11. Additional Terms: By participating in this Promotion, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and expressly agree and consent:
a. to be bound by these Promotion Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Organiser in relation to this Promotion;
b. to be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, including but not limited to as the Winner for any of the Promotion Rewards in relation to this Promotion;
c. that the Organiser makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Promotion Rewards;
d. to fully and unconditionally release and discharge the Organiser and its Affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with (i) their participation in this Promotion and (ii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Promotion Rewards. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion Rewards or their use. The Participants waiver any right to bring any claim or legal action against the Organiser and its Affiliates in relation to the matters stated above;
e. that the Organiser and all parties involved in this Promotion shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, interruption, or failure of any WhatsApp messages, online communications, and/or emails sent or received, nor for any unauthorised use of any Participant’s mobile phone, subscriber account, or communication device in connection with this Promotion;
f. that the Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of communications, or any technical malfunction of telephone networks, computer systems, servers, providers, equipment, software, or internet traffic congestion in connection with or affecting participation in this Promotion, including but not limited to the submission of Entries, receipt of communications or Promotion Prizes notification;
g. that the Participants shall assume full responsibility and liability for any accident, injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from or in connection with their participation in this Promotion;
h. that the Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and liability. Any such amendments shall be binding on all Participants and shall prevail over any representations made in other promotional or advertising materials;
i. that these Promotion Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict, the English version shall prevail;
j. that all decisions made by the Organiser in relation to this Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or dispute shall be entertained;
k. that to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its Affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, goodwill, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
l. that the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
For the purposes of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Organiser, where “control” means ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the voting capital.
In addition to the above, by participating in this Promotion and accepting the Promotion Reward if awarded, the Participants hereby authorise the Organiser to process Participants’ personal data in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.shell.com.my/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Promotion Terms and consent to the Organiser, its Affiliates and appointed third party service providers collecting, using and processing your personal data for purposes related to the administration of this Promotion, Promotion Rewards fulfilment and related publicity and marketing activities in accordance with applicable laws. The Participants further consent to the Organiser, its Affiliates and such third party service providers interviewing, filming, photographing or otherwise recording the Participants and to the use and publication of the Participants’ name, image, likeness, voice and statements (in whole or in part) for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, including print, broadcast and electronic media (including the Internet) without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. The Participants hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any claim to royalties or other compensation arising from such use. Q1: How are the Weekly Rewards Winners selected?
A: At the end of each Weekly Period, each Entry received during the Weekly Period shall be assigned a sequential serial number, starting from serial number “1”, based on the date and time of submission. The serial numbers allocated to all Entries for that Weekly Period shall be tabulated to determine the total number of Entries for the relevant Weekly Period.
EXAMPLE:
If the total number of Entries for one Weekly Period is 10,005:
- For Weekly Rewards 1350 finalists
10,005 will be divided by 50 = 200.10 (rounded down to 200).
Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 200 (e.g. 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and so forth) shall be selected as the Weekly Rewards 1350 finalists.
- For Weekly Rewards 135 finalists
10,005 will be divided by 200 = 50.02 (rounded down to 50).
Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 50 (e.g. 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and so forth) shall be selected as the Weekly Rewards 135 finalists.
Q2: How will I know if I am selected as the Weekly Rewards Finalist?
A: Each Weekly Rewards Finalist shall be contacted by the Organiser via WhatsApp from this Promotion’s official WhatsApp number (+6018-3223280) to the mobile number submitted at the time of Entry, whereupon the Weekly Rewards Finalist shall answer a question correctly during the given timeframe and submit an image of the original POP for verification purposes.
Failure to correctly answer the mandatory question and/or submit the required POP within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of eligibility for the Weekly Rewards without compensation.
Q3: How are the Monthly Rewards Winners selected?
A: At the end of each Monthly Period, each Entry received during the Monthly Period shall be assigned a sequential serial number, starting from serial number “1”, based on the date and time of submission. The serial numbers allocated to all Entries for that Monthly Period shall be tabulated to determine the total number of Entries for the relevant Monthly Period.
EXAMPLE:
If the total number of Entries for one Monthly Period is 50,545:
- For Monthly Rewards finalists
50,545 will be divided by 13 = 3,888.07 (rounded down to 3,888).
Entries with serial numbers that are multiples of 3,888 (e.g. 3,888, 7,776, 11,664, 15,552 and so forth) shall be selected as the Monthly Rewards finalists.
Q4: How will I know if I am selected as the Monthly Rewards Finalist?
A: Each Monthly Rewards finalists MUST undergo the Monthly Rewards Creative Slogan Challenge.
i. Each Monthly Rewards Finalist shall be contacted by the Organiser via WhatsApp from this Promotion’s official WhatsApp number (+6018-3223280) to the mobile number submitted at the time of Entry, whereupon each Monthly Rewards Finalist shall be required, within the timeframe specified by the Organiser, to participate in a Creative Slogan Challenge by submitting one (1) original creative slogan together with an image of the original POP for verification purposes. Failure to submit the required materials within time may result in disqualification without compensation.
ii. The Organiser will provide the Monthly Rewards Finalists with the participation steps, submission instructions and evaluation criteria for the Creative Slogan Challenge. Failure to comply may result in disqualification at the Organiser’s discretion.
iii. All valid Creative Slogan submissions shall be evaluated, judged and scored by the Organiser and/or its appointed judging panel that may comprise employees, representatives, agents and/or third parties appointed by the Organiser. The Monthly Rewards Finalist with the highest total score shall be awarded the Grand Rewards (defined hereunder), and the remaining Monthly Rewards Finalists shall each be awarded the Monthly Rewards (defined hereunder).
iv. All decisions, determinations and results of the Creative Slogan Challenge shall be final, conclusive and binding, and no correspondence, appeal or dispute shall be entertained. The Organiser may withhold and is not obliged to disclose the judging criteria, score sheets, score breakdowns or any other evaluation information. In the event of a tie, the Organiser shall determine the winning finalist at its discretion.
Failure to correctly answer the mandatory question and/or submit the required POP within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of eligibility for the Monthly Rewards without compensation.
Q5: How do I know if I have won?
A: As stated in Q2 and Q4, Finalists will receive a WhatsApp message from the official Promotion WhatsApp number (+6018-3223280) for a question and answer session and must answer the question corrected within the stipulated time to win.
NOTE:
Finalists for the following prizes must courier the original winning bottle cap (POP) to the Organiser within the timeframe stated in the message in order to win.
1. Weekly Rewards 1350,
2. Monthly Rewards, and
3. Grand Rewards.
Q6: How many prize can I win in this promotion?
A: Each Participant can only win the promotional rewards ONCE throughout the Promotion Period.

E. GENERAL TERMS & ENQUIRIES
Q1: Is the Organiser responsible for technical disruptions?
A: The Organiser shall not be held responsible if any Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever. The Organiser also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the method of delivery of Promotion Rewards without prior notice and without any liability. The Organiser shall also not be responsible for any communication or technical disruptions during participation in this Promotion.
Q2: Can the Terms & Conditions be amended?
A: The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and liability. Any such amendments shall be binding on all Participants and shall prevail over any representations made in other promotional or advertising materials.
