TERMS AND CONDITIONS – “Shell Ferrari VIP Experience Contest” CONTEST

1. This “” (“this Contest”) is jointly organized by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd (Company No. 196501000279 (6087-M)) and Shell Timur Sdn Bhd (Company No. 198401000783 (113304-H)), (collectively known as “Shell”) as well as BonusKad Loyalty Sdn Bhd (Company no. 199701022703 (438200-T)) (“BonusLink”).

2. This Contest will commence from 24 AUGUST 2026 (12:01AM) to 20 SEPTEMBER 2026 (11:59PM), both dates inclusive, which can be extended by Shell without prior notice (“Contest Period”).

3. This Contest is open to all Malaysians and not less than eighteen (18) years old (“Customers”) save and except for the following categories of persons:

a) Service providers engaged by Shell and its Affiliates (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies and event management agencies), and their permanent and/or contract employees (“Employees”) and immediate family members i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters (“Immediate Family Members”); and

b) Dealers, traders or distributors of any Shell Products including Shell Petrol Station Retailers, and their Employees and Immediate Family Members.

Shell has the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Customers. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and Shell is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

4. Qualifying Purchases

a) To participate in this Contest, a Customer must, during the Contest Period, be a registered member of the Shell and BonusLink loyalty program through the Shell App or/and the BonusLink App; and make any of the following qualifying purchases at any Shell station in Malaysia in a single transaction by cash, a debit/credit card, an e-wallet, Shell Voucher or through the Shell App payment function (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”):

(i) purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50.00) only of Shell FuelSave 95 to be entitled to one (1) Contest entry (for purchases of Shell FuelSave 95, the Qualifying Purchase value will be determined based on the full market price recorded Shell station transactional receipt, irrespective of the Customer’s BUDI95 eligibility or the application of any BUDI95 subsidy or pricing mechanism);

(ii) purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50.00) only of Shell V-Power 97 to be entitled to one (1) Contest entry;

(iii) purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred (RM200.00) only of Shell Helix Power, Shell Helix Ultra, Shell Helix FuelSave, Shell Helix HX8, Shell Helix Eco, Shell Helix HX7, Shell Helix HM, Shell Helix HX5 or Shell Helix HX3 in any combination, viscocity and pack size to be entitled to three (3) Contest entries; or

(iv) purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50.00) only of Shell V-Power Racing to be entitled to five (5) Contest entries.

v) To be entitled to a one-time bonus of five (5) Contest entries upon successful first-time registration as a Shell loyalty programme member via the Shell App during the Contest Period, and a further one-time bonus of five (5) Contest entries upon successful first-time registration with the Bonuslink App during the Contest Period, in addition to any eligible Contest entries earned from Qualifying Purchases.

b) Where a single transaction contains more than one category of Qualifying Purchase, all the applicable number of Contest entries will be awarded for that transaction. Contest entries are cumulative or stackable within the same transaction.

c) The Customer must be a successfully registered Shell App member or BonusLink member (including a BonusLink card holder whose card is linked to a valid BonusLink account) at the time of the Qualifying Purchase. Any purchase that is not successfully associated with the relevant membership account shall not qualify for Contest entries.

d) Customers may track their Contest entries through the Shell App or BonusLink App, as applicable.

e) All Qualifying Purchases and Contest entries are subject to verification against Shell’s and/or BonusLink’s transaction and membership records. Shell reserves the right to reject or invalidate any purchase transaction or Contest entry that is incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly recorded, not successfully associated with an eligible Customer, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such rejection or invalidity and Customers shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Shell. Shell shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any rejected or invalid Contest entry.

5. Contest Prizes

a) Contest Prizes consist of the following (“Contest Prizes”):

i) Grand Prize: Six (6) Exclusive VIP Experience packages at the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia, each comprising Each a Meet & Greet with a Scuderia Ferrari driver at the Ferrari motorhome, a paddock tour and one (1) admission ticket;

ii) 2^nd Prize: A Paddock Tour package, comprising a paddock tour and one (1) admission ticket to the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia; and

iii) 3^rd Prize: one (1) admission ticket to the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia

b) Each Winner may win only one (1) Contest Prize, and the Contest Prizes are not cumulative.

c) The Winners shall accept all Contest Prizes on an “as-is” basis. Any images of the Contest Prizes appearing in any advertising or promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. The actual components and arrangements of the Contest Prizes may differ from those shown.

d) All Contest Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind and is subject to the terms herein.

e) Unless expressly stated above, the Contest Prizes does not include accommodation,ground transportation, meals, taxes, personal expenses or any other ancillary costs. Each Winner shall be responsible for all such costs incurred in connection with accepting or using the Contest Prizes.

f) The Contest Prizes are subject to availability and to any applicable terms, entry requirements, security requirements, venue rules and instructions imposed by Scuderia Ferrari, Formula 1, the event organiser, the circuit operator or any relevant third-party provider. Failure by a Winner to comply with such requirements may result in the Winner being refused entry or participation without replacement or compensation.

f) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shell and BonusLink make no warranty or representation regarding any Contest Prize supplied or fulfilled by a third party and shall not be responsible for any cancellation, postponement, alteration or restriction imposed by the event organiser or any relevant third party.

6. Winners

a) At the end of the Contest Period, eligible Contest entries will be subjected to a random selection process conducted by or on behalf of Shell and/or BonusLink to identify selected qualifying participants (“Selected Qualifying Participants”).

b) Selected Qualifying Participants will be notified via WhatsApp message from BonusLink Promotion (+603-76261002) prior to the validation call. The validation call will be made by

Only Selected Qualifying Participants who correctly answer the question and satisfy all eligibility requirements under these Terms and Conditions will be declared winners of the Contest Prizes (“Winners”).

d) If a Selected Qualifying Participant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe, fails the validation process, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Contest Prize, Shell reserves the right to disqualify that Selected Qualifying Participant and select a replacement participant.

e) Each Winner may win one one (1) Contest Prize throughout the Contest Period.

f) Grand Prize and Second Prize Winners shall provide such information and documentation as may be required by Shell, BonusLink, Scuderia Ferrari, the event organizer or any third party for the purposes of Contest Prize fulfillment and participation in the event activities.

g) Winners will be announced at https://www.shell.com.my/FeelTheFuel and Shell Malaysia Official Facebook Page and BonusLink Official Website and/ or Social Media Pages.

7. All Customers shall be personally responsible for all and any taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges imposed under applicable laws in connection with their participation in this Contest, or where applicable, the receipt or use of any Contest Prizes.

8. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, vary, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions, or to terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice and without liability.

9. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Contest.

10. All decisions made by Shell in relation to this Contest, including but not limited to the eligibility of Customers, the allocation of Contest entries and the selection of the Winners shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

11. In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

12. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate suspend or postpone this Contest with or without prior notice and without liability. For the avoidance of doubt, no participant shall be entitled to any compensation, damages or other remedy arising from such cancellation, termination, suspension or postponement.

13. In no event will Shell and its Affiliates be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Contest, even if Shell has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

14. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of these Terms & Conditions of this Contest.

15. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” means a company which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Shell. Relevant to this, “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate fifty percent (50%) or more of voting capital.

16. By participating in this Contest, Customers has read, understood and expressly agree and consent to:

a) be bound by these Terms and Conditions including all Shell’s decisions in relation to this Contest;

b) indemnify and hold harmless Shell, its Affiliates, BonusLink and their respective representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from the Customer's acts or omissions, breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to comply with any instructions, requirements or rules imposed by Shell, BonusLink, Scuderia Ferrari, the event organiser or venue operator, or the Customer's participation in, attendance at, or use of any Contest Prize;

c) allow Shell, its Affiliates and its agencies to process and disclose to any third party, the necessary personal data of the Customers provided by the Customers for this Contest for any and all purposes in relation to this Contest and any and all other activities relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Shell and its Affiliates;

d) allow Shell to collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the Customers’ personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the Customers for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, in its original or edited format, in relation to this Contest without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and

e) authorize Shell to process the Customers’ personal data provided pursuant to this Contest in accordance with the Promotion Privacy Policy available on our Shell website at https://www.shell.com.my/privacy which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

17. This Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all Customers are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Q1: What is this Promotion?

A: Shell Ferrari VIP Experience Contest is jointly organized by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd and Shell Timur Sdn Bhd, (BonusLink).

Q2: Who is eligible to participate in this Promotion?

A: This Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens (with blue MyKad only) aged 18 years and above. The following categories are NOT eligible:

A: This Promotion is applicable only to the following products:

Q2: How to participate?

Step 1: Be a Shell & BonusLink Loyalty member, either Shell App or/and BonusLink App

Step 2: Make the qualified purchase to earn eligible entry / entries

Step 3: Scan Shell App QR Code OR BonusLink App Code during payment

Step 4: Entries will be earned upon qualified transaction made.

Q3: How many entries can I get?

• 1 entry for min. spend of RM 50 on Shell FuelSave or Shell V-Power 97/ transaction
• 3 entries for min. spend of RM 200 on Shell Helix/transaction
• 5 entries for min. spend of RM 50 on Shell V-Power Racing/ transaction

Q4: Can I earn more than one entry?

A: Yes. Participant may submit multiple entries so long the qualified purchase is made.

D. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

Q1: How is the Winner selected?

A: After the Contest Period, BonusLink will randomly select eligible entries and notify selected participants via WhatsApp, followed by a validation call. Participants who answer a challenge question correctly and meet all eligibility requirements will be declared Winners.

A: The Organiser shall not be held responsible if any Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever. The Organiser also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the method of delivery of Promotion Rewards without prior notice and without any liability. The Organiser shall also not be responsible for any communication or technical disruptions during participation in this Promotion.

Q2: Can the Terms & Conditions be amended?

A: The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to these Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and liability. Any such amendments shall be binding on all Participants and shall prevail over any representations made in other promotional or advertising materials.
