What is Shell Live Chat? How do I use it?
Shell Live Chat is a function that enables you to find more information regarding Shell products, services, careers and more. Feel free to chat with our agent using our Live Chat feature.
Live Chat operates from Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM excluding public holidays. Live Chat button is accessible at the bottom right screen on the following pages:

- The Motorists page of shell.com.my
- Each page of support.shell.my self-help site
To use Live Chat, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click on the “Help” button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on “Live Chat” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Fill in your details (Name, Email & Message) that you wish to chat with us. Once done, click on “Start Chat”.
Step 4: Chat with our agent!
Step 5: Once the conversation has ended, you can rate the experience by clicking on the “👍” or “👎”. You may also leave a comment if you wish to share your feedback for our future improvement. Hit “Send” button once done.
Step 6: You may exit “Live Chat” by minimizing the button.
