In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, all our stations are taking preventive and mitigative measures to disinfect key areas every hour for our customers' comfort. Our staff at Retail stations conduct temperature checks before starting their shift, sanitise their hands frequently and ensure good personal hygiene is practiced.
We clean and sanitise these key areas every 1 hour:

Petrol Area
Fuel Nozzles, Air Balancers, Payment Terminals, Squeegee Handles, Tissue Dispensers, Trash Bins

Shell SELECT
Door Handles, Counter Tops, Chiller Door Handles, ATM Keypads, etc.

Restroom
Door Handles, Switches, Toilet Bowls, Urinals, Sinks

Customer Waiting Area
Sitting Area, Door Handles

Service Centre
Machineries, Buttons, Tools, Equipment

Product Area
Products, Racks

Cashier & Waiting Area
Tables, Chairs, Credit Card Terminals
During the Movement Control Order period, our stations, Lube Bays, Restroom will be operating as usual and SELECT / Kedai outlets for takeaway purposes. Our Surau and Car wash services will be temporarily closed until further notice.
