No, existing ParkEasy users would need to download and register for a new account on the Shell Recharge App.

Yes, you can continue using your existing ParkEasy credits at any EV charging sites listed in the ParkEasy app. However, as more chargers are being migrated to the new Shell Recharge App, we encourage you to make the switch to the new app before 30 November 2025.

No, users are not allowed to transfer credits from one user/account to another user/account.

Download the Shell Recharge App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and register for a new account using the same mobile number and email used to sign up to your ParkEasy account latest by 30 November 2025. Any memberships from your ParkEasy account will be automatically reflected in your Shell Recharge App account within 14 working days, under “Charging Plans”.
