PayDay Deals

1. Shell Café & Deli2Go Pay Day Deals (“this Promotion”) is organized by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 196501000279 (6087-M)] and Shell Timur Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 198401000783] (referred to as ‘Shell’).

2. This Promotion will be available monthly from October 2026 to December 2026, which can be extended by Shell without prior notice (“Promotional Period”). During the Promotional Period, the Promotion will be available from 12.01 am on the 25^th day and ends at 11.59 pm on the 27^th day of each month, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

3. This Promotion is available at participating Shell Cafe & Deli2go outlets in Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) and East Malaysia (“Shell Café & Deli2Go outlets”).

4. This Promotion is available only to registered Shell App users (“Customers”). New Shell App users may require up to 24 hours following successful registration before the applicable Promotion voucher becomes available on the Shell App.

4. Qualifying Purchases

To participate in this Promotion, Customers may enjoy the following offers during the Promotional Period:

• buy one (1) Strawberry Iced Matcha Latte for RM8 at participating Shell Café outlets; and
• buy one (1) donut and receive one (1) donut free in the same transaction at participating Shell Café and Deli2go outlets in Peninsular Malaysia. The free donut must be at equal or lower value than the purchased donut.

5. The following terms and conditions apply to this Promotion:

a) Customers must redeem the applicable Promotion voucher through the Shell App and present the valid voucher at the point of purchase. Each voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction before its stated expiry date. Once successfully redeemed, the voucher cannot be reused, reinstated or exchanged for another voucher. Each Customer may redeem each voucher only once per calendar month during the Promotional Period.

b) Each voucher will expire at 11.59PM on the 27^th day of the relevant month in the Promotional Period. Any unredeemed voucher will automatically expire and will not be carried forward to the following month.

c) Customers must ensure that the applicable voucher is available and valid in the Shell App before completing the purchase.

d) Each Promotion voucher is issued to the registered Shell App user and cannot be gifted, resold or transferred to another individual or entity. Each voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other form of consideration.

e) Customers are responsible for ensuring that (i) the Shell App is properly installed and updated on their device; (ii) they have a valid registered Shell App account; and (iii) they have sufficient internet connectivity to access and display the applicable voucher at the point of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, Shell will not be responsible for any inability to redeem a voucher arising from circumstances beyond Shell’s reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device malfunction or interruption to the Shell App.

6. By participating in this Promotion, the Customers:

a) expressly agree and consent to be bound by these Promotion Terms and 8 Conditions including all Shell’s decisions in relation to this Promotion;

b) allow Shell, its Affiliates and its agencies to process and disclose to any third party, the necessary personal data of the Customers provided by the Customers for this Promotion for any and all purposes in relation to this Promotion and any and all other activities relating to or arising from the course of business or businesses of Shell and its Affiliates;

c) allow Shell to collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the Customers’ personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of the Customers for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, in its original or edited format, in relation to this Promotion without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and

d) authorises Shell to process the Customers’ personal data provided pursuant to this Promotion in accordance with the Promotion Privacy Policy available on our website: https://www.shell.com.my/privacy/b2c-notice.html, which forms an integral part of this Promotion Terms and Conditions.

7. All Shell’s decision on all matters including but not limited to the eligibility of the Customers and/or the mechanics for this Promotion or in the event of any dispute shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

8. Shell reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without any prior notice and without any liability. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Shell of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Shell for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

9. In no event will Shell be liable for any loss, damages or personal injury by, or resulting from the purchase, use or consumption of any food, beverages, or other products purchased from any Shell retail stations, Shell Café or Shell Deli2Go outlets.

10. In no event will Shell be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if Shell has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

11. All Customers shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Promotion.

12. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions including changes to the food and beverages selection offered under this Promotion from time to time without prior notice and liability. Shell reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute all or any of the food and beverages selection offered under this Promotion with alternative items of any value without prior notice and without any liability.

13. These Promotion Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material advertising this Promotion. All or any images shown on any advertising materials for this Promotion are for illustration purposes only.

14. This Promotion is not stackable and may not be combined and is not valid with any other ongoing promotion, discount, sale or offers unless expressly stated to the contrary.

15. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

16. For the purpose of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, “Affiliate” means a company which directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Shell. Relevant to this, “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate fifty percent (50%) or more of voting capital.

17. This Promotion and these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all Customers are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

19. In the event where there are any inconsistencies, conflicts, ambiguities or discrepancies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
