How can I order Shell Fuel Vouchers?
How can I order Shell Fuel Vouchers?
Shell Fuel Vouchers are now available for order in printed form or E-Voucher, with redemption denominations of RM5, RM10, RM15, RM20, RM30 or RM50. There is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of RM5,000 in any value denomination for each purchase order.
To order, simply follow steps below:
- Fill up the order form via Shell website here (PDF) or contact our Customer Service Centre at 1-300-88-1808 for any queries.
- Email your order form to generalpublicenquiries-my@shell.com
- Wait for your request to be processed. An invoice will be sent for you to make payment within 3-5 working days.
- Make the payment for your voucher purchase. Payment must be made prior to delivery.
- For physical vouchers, they will be delivered to your designated address (14 working days upon payment). For E-Vouchers, the codes will be emailed to you (3-5 working days upon payment).

Redemption is real easy! To redeem your Shell Fuel Voucher,
For printed vouchers:
1. Present your printed Shell Fuel Voucher at any Shell Station before purchasing fuel.
For e-vouchers:
1. Present your e-voucher using your phone at any Shell Station.
2. Refresh the page on your phone to see the redemption status, as it is reflected in real time.
The Shell Fuel Voucher can only be redeemed at Shell Retail Stations for purchase of the following fuels only: Shell FuelSave 95, Shell V-Power 97, Shell V-Power Racing, Shell FuelSave Diesel and Shell Diesel Euro 5.
