Yes, the unused amount will be refunded to your account immediately except in cases where the Central Database (CDB) is unavailable.

No, neither Shell nor our retailers store customer’s personal data in the payment terminal.

No. Under current Malaysia's policy, foreign-registered vehicles are not allowed to purchase RON95 petrol. However, they may purchase RON97 or V-Power Racing fuel.

According to the current government policy, your subsidy balance is refreshed monthly. Unused balances cannot be carried forward.

The Shell App feature for targeted RON95 petrol subsidy refueling (BUDI MADANI RON95) is planned for future rollout. We will announce the implementation timeline once it is finalized.

Please ensure your eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) is completed before using the Touch n' Go e-Wallet app for subsidy purchases. If you are still unable to use the app, you can use your MyKad at the payment terminal.
